Distress on the horizon as CMBS delinquencies are predicted by many to reach all-time highs. In 2012, the delinquency rate was 10.32%, and during the pandemic, it nearly matched that. Mr. Chopp warns that we may exceed that high water mark as today’s distressed environment plays out.
